Anloga Development Association – North America (ADANA)
Mission
We the people with Anloga heritage and ethnicity, now residing in the North America being aware of our traditions, customs, and cultural heritage solemnly resolve to form Anloga Development Association – North America (ADANA).
ADANA is a non-profit registered organization in United States of America with the purpose of developing Anloga and its surrounding cities that formed Anloga District. Membership is open to all Ewe speaking people or people of Ewe heritage from Ghana as well as their descendants who were born and raised in North America.
Membership is also open to any other person who has demonstrated a genuine interest and subscribe to the objectives of the association.
OBJECTIVE
The objectives of Anloga Development Association – North America are
- To bring together and people of Anlo State residing in North America which includes United States of America, Canada and Mexico.
- To relieve poverty, hardship and distress among the people of Anloga and surrounding villages.
- To advance education, skills and training and employment opportunities for people of Anloga origin residing in Ghana and diaspora through the establishment and maintenance of schools; training facilities; and provide hospital equipment and amenities to foster good health within the District.
- To promote and encourage better agricultural practices in Anloga in order to ensure adequate food production.
- Explore and create avenues of investment and other economic opportunities in Anloga.
